The French "Cité du Vin" to launch with a ".global"

What a surprise to learn, this morning, that the French "Cité Du Vin" (opening today), has decided to use a domain name ending in ".global", instead of a ".vin" (or ".wine"). In fact, that decision was taken a long ago and it is possible that the delays caused by the launching of both ".wine" and ".vin" are part of that decision. Another possibility is that...people in charge of the communication for the Cité Du Vin just didn't know about ".wine" domain names.
