ClearingHouse : how much ?

"CHIP" seems to be the name for the tool trademarks will have to subscribe to for a better protection during new sunrises' phases.

CHIP is a database that will span multiple registries and provide trademark validation.

If CHIP is not yet the official tool, fees mentionned give an idea of how much it could cost to subscribe.

"Community endorsement : if an applicant has designated its application as community-based, it will be asked to submit a written endorsement of its application by one or more established institutions representing the community it has named. An applicant may submit written endorsements from multiple institutions. If applicable, this will be submitted in the section of the application concerning the community-based designation."

.MOSCOW or .МОСКВА still to be discussed ?

This is really strange : I really - but really - don't understand why people from the Russian Federation would :

ACCEPT
TOLERATE
DISCUSS
CONSIDER

...the use of an english word in their choice for the extension of their capital city name when a .MOCKBA would be possible.

What is Domaining.pro ?

I was contacted by domainers recently about domaining.pro.

I don't have a clue about what I should do with this domain name.

Domainers' ideas are welcome. Scripts too.

Thank you.
