Proposed final applicant guidebook is out for email comments
Applicant guidebook version 5 :
New gTLD Aficionado. "New gTLD" stands for "new generic Top-Level Domains" from the ICANN new gTLD program. They are new domain name extensions such as ".blog" (instead of ".com").
