Strange article...
This is a recent publication about new gTLDs. It could look like it is written by a new gTLD hater but it isn't. I recommend the reading of this strange article doing the promotion of ... sub-domains.

I am a new gTLD Consultant based in Paris. "New gTLD" stands for "new generic Top-Level Domains" from the ICANN new gTLD program. They are new domain name extensions such as ".consulting" (instead of ".com").
