The .SHOP new gTLD is coming to the market and I have no doubt that - with the money invested in winning this domain name extension in an auction, there will be more money spent to install it on the market. There are .BOUTIQUE domain names already and +7,900 have been created already but my little finger tells me that .SHOP domains could break sales record. Future will tell.
